Power Steering Lines (Metric to SAE)

I am in the process of switching out my leaking 4 turn with another Power steering unit. My question is, The fittings to the stock Ford Power steering are SAE, this new one has metric holes (I believe 14mm and 16mm). Since my power steering hoses are already brand new I really dont want to buy new ones with the metric fittings. Anyone have this issue and located fittings to install making the metric feed into SAE?
