Wanting to buy pro comp shocks. Wondering if anybody's running them on their EB. Also, which ones are you running? Wanting to know which of the three models works best with the EB, the ES1000, ES3000 or the ES9000 series?

Shocks are like anything you're gonna get what you pay for. My wife has procom ES3000's on her 78 Bronco and they are ok for what they cost I have bilsyien 7100's maybe over kill maybe not but it's one hell of a good ride.

Is there a reason for choosing the es3000 over the es9000? 900o's are only $2 or $3 more than the 3000?

The 1000's tend to have stiff valving, the 3000's are hydraulic and the 9000's are gas charged. On most solid axle trucks the 3000's will ride better. The 9000's are a better choice for ifs or really heavy trucks (like superdutys). The mx6 would be the best procomp shock for your bronco. It is gas charged, but has adjustable valving (turn knob at the base of the shock)

X2, I have the 7100's. The ride and control is awesome. Worth every penny over a $50.00 shock.
