So when I bought this EB whoever cut the rear fenders for flares didn't do a good job. Is there way to improve the look ? I know I'll have to cut more from the rear of the bronco, but I don't want a super big looking opening. I'm running 33's. I guess I could move up to 35's, but really didn't want too.

Not sure what your metal fabrication skills are, BUT you could weld in a piece of sheet metal and then recut it how you like. It is also doable to bend an offset kind of a seam around where the patch is and use panel adhesive to ‘weld’ your patch in. While I’ve never used panel adhesive, I messed up the tailgate on my F-150 on one side where I couldn’t get the tailgate to latch on the good side. Took an 8 pound sledge and beat the latch area in so it would go far enough to make the good side latch. The area had two pieces of metal joined with panel adhesive and they stayed together even being beaten with a sledgehammer. It’s good stuff.

Is it possible to use Gorilla warfare flares and center it up without to much cutting. Stretching the flares back to look perforation front and back ?

If you are able to get the measurements of the Warflares, you could mock up a set from cardboard and use that to get an idea of how much leeway you have.

Yes the gorilla flares have some flex and can be manipulted a bit..I replaced my old fiberglass flares with them.they could of been installed in nearly the same footprint, but i raised them about an inch and opened up the front edge ...So they might work for you
