I bought a 2150 from Autozone. It seemed not to be working correctly as I had to adjust the idle mixture screws out 4 1/2 turns, and the kickdown linkage was off. They exchanged for me, but I did not notice until I got home that it doesn't have the electric choke like the other one. I hope not to return it again, but I don't really know how to hook it up. I would appreciate any input. - Thanks

If you turned it in withan electric choke, the new one should come with one. I went through 3 (count em THREE) motorcraft carbs thru autozone before I got one that didn't leak around the throttle shaft bushings. The problem is that there is noe material in this area to bore out and put quality bronze bushings in. If it's the stock carb any manual (clymers, mitchell, etc) will give you a thorough breakdown on that carb. I ended up going with a holley 2 barrel and spent the extra $60 for the electric choke after about a year. If you do decide to go this route, get the optional "off road" float kit. It's cheap and is bulletproof.

Agreed, it should have come with an electric choke, but I failed to notice until I was ready to attach the wiring. I was hopeful to be able to use this one, but after reading some, I plan to retrun it. I have spoken to them, and they have none with electric choke available. I am returning this one and picking up another from O'Reilly this evening. Thanks for the info.
