Just removed this hitch from my '77, which was installed by the previous owner. I think it was custom made, as I can't find any markings, stampings or labels.
I've never used the hitch, and I'm going to be replacing my rear bumper. Figured it'd be silly to drill holes in a new bumper for a hitch I'll never use, so here it is. It attaches to the underside of the bumper, to the forward bolts on the tank shield, and then to two other pieces that I guess you'd have to have welded to your frame (see photo). Also included is a pretty slick wiring connector bracket that has a spring-loaded door to keep crud out when not in use.
I have no idea what the capacity is for this hitch (again, no markings), so use at your own risk, etc.
Local pickup MUCH preferred, as I have to imagine it'd be a lot of money to ship this thing. If you're planning to travel to Knott's next month, I could bring it there if you're coming in from out of the area.
