Basically, you need to take a flathead screwdriver or a brass drift and small hammer and carefully use the flathead or drift tool and hammer to drive the bearing race out from the back side of the hub. Start at 12 o'clock position and give the drift or flathead a good whack. Then move to the 6 o'clock position and repeat the process. Move all around the race and eventually it will come out. I have come across some pretty stubborn bearing races before, so keep at it. The picture attached should help clarify where to place the drift or flathead. If you have a drift, that would be better than using a flathead, IMO.
