Replacement dash pad comparison

My original pad has a cover glued to it, and that cover is warped and faded. I am going to replace it, but am wondering if there is any noticeable difference between the aftermarket replacement pads available (dashes direct, Scott Drake, etc)

I got my dark jade green pad from Bronco hut and have no issues with it. I would recomend their part.
