Replacement Mirror Glass for OEM Door Mirrors

I think I have the line on a replacement mirror glass. It's from K-Source part number 99145 and can be had from a couple sources like O'Reilly's. It measures 4" x 5-3/8" and diagonal is 6-3/16.

However, the mirror I have matches all dimensions but instead of 4" it's 4-1/8" I'm thinking that it should still fit. Mirror I have is off a 67 Galaxy, C7AB-17743-A....I'm pretty darn sure it's the same mirror as the Bronco. Anyone try using this replacement glass?

I think it will work great as I can split the 1/8" between the bottom and the top.

If not, there is this one for more money by Burco part number BUR-2213 which is 4-1/8" x 5-7/16" and diagonal 6-1/4"

My local glass shop has cut and installed several for me for $10-$15. You may want to check to see if you have a local shop that will do it.

Yup, local glass shop for me, I was on my way to a car show when mine left me on a rough road, he said $10 and 2 hours, I threw down a $20 and I was screwing it back on my truck 15 minutes later in the parking lot.

Nearest shop would be an hour drive away and with gas approaching $5 a gallon here in Kommie-fornia, ordering a pre-cut online for under $10 and free shipping makes sense to me. Hence my inquiry here....

Burco sells "redi-cut" glass as well in that size. I used them for my Cobra side mirror. Fit perfect. I want to say they were $9 + shipping:

Closer to $20 +shipping.....the K-Source is around $7 or so.

No one has used any pre-cut mirrors for OEM Bronco door mirrors?
