I received a phone call today from the the very pleasant Gretchen at BC Broncos. She answered my questions.
The e-mail address I was trying to communicate with BCB was incorrect.
Looking forward to my new top. :)

I order one with their Christmas offer. Love the custom color options. I'm patient and I can wait. I understand these are custom made to order. We both want it correct for a one-way trip to the islands.
With Rampage or Bestop you could of got your top in a week or so. I'm sure vendors have them stock on their shelves.
BC Broncos tops are custom made in their shop.
Support these bronco vendors, without them we wouldn't have all these cool stuff for our rigs..

Yes, I have a freight forwarding company on standby ready to pick it up when its complete. Shipping it to Hawaii is killer so I got a quote from a company that can save me a few dollars.
The crew is triple checking fitment with the rack before packing it.
I still got stuff to do to the rig before I can install it so it's not a problem for me. I anticipated the wait.

Yes. We ordered one and I really didn't count exactly the turn-a-round time, but it came in a timely manner for a custom fabricated component. I would guess it came in four weeks or less; nice top too!

Hey Madgyver,

What sort of rack are they fitting for you? I am think of getting one of these tops but would like to fit a yakima rack on it for surfboards and stuff.

They sent me pics of their roof rack but I'm not really digging the look of it.

I really want one of their tops but budget stuck me with a rampage. It's nice enough for now but I still want to upgrade one day.

Thanks for the pics. I have a BCB top and I have always wondered how they attached a rack to it. I always assumed they had a a weird bracket that went under the the top and up the side.
I would have never guessed they just drill screws through the top! I wonder if they grommet the holes or something but the idea of screwing holes into a super taut top seems iffy to me, there has to be a better way lol.
