Saginaw pump to ford pressure hose adapter

Does anyone know who sells the adapter to use stock ford pressure hoses to the saginaw pump?

Local napa might have it otherwise wh has a bunch of adapters. Mahe sure whether Saginaw pump is standard or metric.

Napa Weatherhead fitting 1563 is what I used.
