I need a good usable 4bbl EGR plate for a 4100 Motorcraft carb. I threw away to many of them in my day, now I need one.

are you speaking of the spacer plate under carb with provision for the PCV ?

No, the spacer plate for the EGR that is under the carb. EGR in the back and PCV port in the front.
Like this one from Summit but with PCV port.
