I’ve purchased $10s of thousands on Bronco parts from a dozen vendors. There are a few I’ll never use again. Has less to do with the part, price, or shipping cost ( ok, maybe shipping cost
). But one thing that makes all the difference to me is customer service. I bought a starter from Tom’s and it was a bad part. No questions asked, they refunded my money. Today I ordered a carpet set and they send me an email invoice within 1 minute of purchase. Send me a text letting me know it’s ready to ship. Customer service is king!!! Thanks Tom’s, customer for life.
