So I bought my explorer intake parts from silicone intakes. Thought I had it all good until my order arrived and didn't think to consider that my 3.5" 45 degree elbow would fit my 3.5" adapters. So I bought a 3.5" aluminum elbow instead. All are new, unused.
The 3.5" aluminum pieces were cut off the pipe and would make nice couplers for some else building their own intake.
Price $25. Less that what a new one would cost factoring in shipping and tax. I'll ship on your dime.
