Soft top windows

I just got a Rampage top. Instructions say store windows the bags included. No bags are included and didn't think they were suppose to be, but if someone else got the bags, let me know and I will call JBG. Anyway, how is everyone storing them? I would like to have them with me just in case. I was thinking about getting some soft cloth to separate them and roll them up. Then put them in something like a camping chair bag or fly rod tube and sticking them under the rear seat.

My Rampage top didn't come with a window bag either. WH sells a "Window Buddy" which is a bag for the windows, but it's a little pricey.
Did you already install your top? If so how is the back window attachment to the tailgate, mine never stays secured.

I installed it on Wed. I got the rail to the pretty close to the tail gate. It is a hard to get the back window in the groove but it stays there.

My STC top came with two window bags. For a trip I would carry them...why they are still in there, but generally, unless Im going on a trip, they stay home. With that said, I have been keeping the big one in the truck lately for the reasons that you mentioned-b/c I havent taken them out since my trip 5-6 wks ago, but I never use them.

The bags are nothing special...just vinyl. Consider just picking up a cheap duffle. Put a towel in it, when you want to roll them up, lay the towel inbetween them, roll, stash and go.

They talk about folding, but I don't think that is a good idea. Do you roll yours up?

I left the side windows in my brand new STC top, then went wheeling in the AZ desert. I don't know that I need to be too particular about storing the windows any more....:p :-[

With my STC windows: I lay one down on an old towel, lay another towel then the other window, and fold them up to go in the STC bag. They fold easily and I've never had any issues doing it this way. I roll the rear window up with another old towel & slip it into it's own bag & it's good too. The rear window has marks from the straps on the top that hold it in place when rolled up but nothing from being stored. I keep them out most of the time, especially if I'm going into the desert!

Maybe that's why the Rampage top is cheaper than the STC's were; my STC came with bags for side/back windows. Still had to buy the "tonneau" cover/bag for the top when folded down though.
