Is the block standard bore?

And that block might be .0030, but, unless you want a numbers matching '69 351W most folks prefer post '74 351W blocks, slightly taller for longer stroke.

Are the heads set up for a four barrel intake??

All small block heads are the same when it comes to 2V or 4V set ups unless you get into the boss and cleveland engines then that's another ball game all together.

69 & 70 were the best small chamber windsor heads

A set of new pistons will go with and they are stamped .060 best I remember,
