I have a Kayline rear seat for sale. It is black vinyl with a lockable metal storage base. It kind of folds down but it really doesn't go all the way down. The back is supported by a bar that slips into brackets you mount to the side of the bed with is easily removed for hauling stuff. Seat belts are included.
I am not interested in shipping it but I might meet you halfway if you don't live to far.
