Spare mounted to stock chrome bumper?

I looked at some old stuff on ideas, anybody come up with some cool ways to mount a spare tire carrier or something like that to a stock chrome bumper. would rather not mount it to a stock (body mounted) carrier...any ideas?;D

i think the stock bumper would be to weak to support a tire rack...but a tire rack and a tire....i think you would have a nice pretzel bumper. mabye it you mounted it to the frame....but not the stock bumper
