Spare tire mount for inside of tail gate

I am looking for the two brackets that mount to the top of the tail gate that hold the spare tire off of the tail gate when it is mounted on the inside of the tail gate. Or if you have all the hardware to mount the spare to the inside of the tail gate. Let me know if you can help.
