CA Spare tire mount inside tailgate 1973

A few years back
I bought left and right original in ford boxes nos rear qtr panels.

I just cant srill any holes in them for my spare tire holder

i have a 73

Ford made a rear spare tire mount that attaches to the tailgate.

sort of a needle in the haystack

but hey, i found the original rear qtr panels so anything is possible

i would be charged with a crime if i drilled i to my uncut qtr panels

i have a rear spare tire holder to trade
