Sport emblem hole size

Hey all, just placing my Sport emblems before paint, and I was wondering what size bit is required to fit the barrel clips? They are tight right now and not sure how much they will expand when I put my emblems in.....not wanting to try as I know I'm gonna break a post off just mocking it up and would love to get this done before paint.

I think I used 11/64. But you might verify that looks correct before you drill—it’s been a while since I installed mine
