Is anyone running the stage 8 locking spindle nuts on their dana 44? At $54 for EACH side it's tuff to decide if it's worth the extra cash? Thanks!

I've never had any issues with the stock spindle nuts so for me those stage 8's would be a waste.

They are great for anyone who wants to really speed up and simplify the process of pulling a hub...for reducing trail repair time, in other words. I have a set in one of my trucks and I kinda like the pures ease and simplicity they offer when it comes to 'dummy proof' setting of the bearing preload and not having to eff around with the locking ring and pin alignment, etc.

But I'm not so enamored of them that I'm going to run out and replce the stock stuff on all my trucks. ;D

I won "one" at one of the roundups, not sure where it is in the house now.
