Anyone have a photo of the factory steering column and firewall. How that all is organized. There’s also a clamp attached to my column. Trying to see where that bracket goes.

Also what size of bolts does it take to connect steering column and gearbox?

The triangular bracket bolts to the fire wall with three bolts from the engine compartment side. The rubber boot slides over the column and the column is installed from the cab side and the boot and retaining ring are attached the the firewall from the inside. There is a large clamp that straps around the column, boot, and triangular bracket in the engine compartment.

The steering column does not attach to the steering box. There is a steering shaft that goes from the steering box, through the steering column, and attaches to the steering wheel. It connects at the box with a universal joint or in the case of manual steering - a bell shaped connector. If you're asking about the bolt that connects the factory u-joint or bell connector, someone here will undoubtedly know. Probably DirtDonk...
