This stone crusher setup came with my Dana 44. I'm not real sure how to bolt it up. I don't have a SL just a 2" body lift. Should I use lock washers on both ends. My alignment and steering arm looks good. I still need to drill out the pitman arm. The arm is zip tied right now. also i read that the track bar and steering bar should be at the same angle. Mine is not. Check out the pictures and let me know what y'all think... Thanks for the help

That looks like a prevailing torque, all metal locknut on the passenger side knuckle, so you shouldn't need any lockwasher under that.

I think most here would recommend a riser for the axle end of the drag link, however with no lift, a drop pitman arm at the steering box may be a better choice. With that said, you're always going to have some bumpsteer when your drag link and track bar are such different lengths, as they'll inherently sweep different arcs throughout the suspension travel, but it should be minor once you get them parallel.

Even if those are lock nuts, you should still drill through the nut and bolt with an 1/8" bit and cotter pin or safety wire them. With the drag link install the cone spacers need to be on both sides of the heim, and do the same on the Pitman arm.

Third pic--Your misalignments are misaligned. Top cone, shaped like \_/ needs to be removed from the stack, and placed on top of the heim, like \_/, then lock nut.

So my pic 3 should look like garbez's pic 1. It also looks like he has a flat washer between the bolt head and the heim. Is that correct garbez?
