Tail Light Skin / Tail Gate Support Post - Where to Purchse

So i had a guy with a frame puller pull my rear quarter back to straight, now i need to replace the tail light housing and i also need to replace the support post that the tail gate hardware mounts to. Anybody know what this post is called and if i can purchase one anywhere? I called TBP, and they had not see that part available from their suppliers.

Worst case i can always custom fab a new one, but the off the shelf will save me some time.
