She is finally running!!!
The last week has been hell... but hey I replaced my water pump, alternator, regulator, battery, battery accesories, and rebuilt my carb, replaced my choke, and choke cable, and cleaned the engine of all the grease it had on it since I bought the thing this year... most of the ol' 6cyl is ford blue with a bit of rust colored iron on it haha... but she is a beauty and she is running again! she was purring tonight, took her on a late night cruise and it was golden.

Yeah babygirl I am agreeing with you, something else will be bound to break within a week, but working on them is more than half the fun.. you know that! Besides I already know the clutch will be going out within the next 6months, and I could definetly replace the exhaust manifold, maybe get a double header.
