Threaded holes behind rear shock mount?

Can anyone tell me if these are stock and what they are if they are stock. I want to fill them but wanted make sure I didn’t need them first. They are threaded

My '69 has them too. Not sure what they are for. There's nothing there now, but it looks like a plate or something was bolted there some time ago. Maybe a factory exhaust hanger?

Exhaust hanger. I just removed one on my 68.
Held on with 5/16-18 X 3/4 thread forming bolt
