Tintable Bed Liner

I'm getting contradicting reviews on colored bed liners for the wheel wells. Some say tintable bed liner isn't durable in the way black is, and in fact won't last at all. Others say urethane tintables are durable. The urethane type is just more expensive. Is there any 1st hand experience?

I used raptor tinted liner in my inside. Seems durable to
me at this stage of my restoration.

To me as long as you spend the time prepping for the Raptor it is very durable and will work great. I put my Raptor through the ringer and only problems I had were the hard to prep areas that I slacked in.

Thanks it sounds like the tint isn't causing durability issues.

Jack - I'm assuming your truck will have a top on it? My pickup bed's liner is tinted a tan color and it's held up well considering it's never been garaged for 19 years in the AZ sun. The original owner had it coated that color so unfortunately I don't know the brand. I had the interior of my Bronco sprayed with Rhino Liner in 2000 - it was tinted to match my Harbor Blue paint. It has been garaged most of the time since but it has faded a bit. I don't find it at all objectionable though.

I'd go for it if you want it. I think a matching color can be a lot more aesthetically pleasing than the generic black color of most coatings.
