Tire size for uncut 69

Hey all, testing tire size for my 69 uncut. I know there are lots of threads on this but need feedback on my actual truck. This has a 2” susp lift and no body lift. The pics show a new 15”x7” American Racing wheel.

This test tire is a 31 x 10.5 BFG.
Wheel has -6mm offset and 3.76 backspace.

Clearance is good on front when turning. But thoughts on rear? This is a daily driver, not an off roader.

Rub chances on rear fender when hitting bumps?

Keep this tire size or try the 30 x 9.5?

Here’s the link to pics:

Thanks!

You could always lower your rear bump stop if you love the size and look. The couple of inches of clearance you have in the rear would allow enough movement for a street truck.

How's the bottom lip on the front of the front fender though? Looks like it might be close while turning. That's an easy spot to trim off, but you may not want to do that.

They look great, got a pic of the whole truck?

I added 2 pics, one shows gap in front between fender and tire…

I think you'll be OK on the street. The only thing I can't comment on is the clearance in the rear (front side of the rear wheel/tire) that I can't see in your pictures.

Beautiful truck. I wouldn't want to trim anything on that one!

It sure looks like you have room there in the front fender. I'm running 32x10's on my LUBR, but it has 3" coils, so not apples to apples.

Hopefully someone with direct experience will chime in.
