Toms Bronco fold/tumble rear seat.....brackets from Duffs?

HI all, I've got a Toms fold/tumble rear seat, and the instructions say to drill new holes for the mounts (which I'm not interested in doing). Has anyone used these adapters from Duff's with the Toms seats?

They look great! I drilled, but only for the front seat mounts, the rear ones use the factory seatbelt mount holes.
