Just ordered a set for my new hardtop and wanted to see if anyone had installed them yet?

Looks nice and I think I dig the black frames, should go well with the sliding rag top I am installing as well.

Make sure you post up some pictures when you get them installed. I am curious to see how they look.

aren't these the ones a forum member developed and sold here? a smaller batch was offered to us on the forum prior to them being offered to the larger vendors? i believe many are happy with them and opted for tint or no tint.

doesn't NE classics also offer them?

Could be, I have wondered what happened to that individual.

I am just happy someone is carrying them again.

Shimmy,

I did look it up on the NE site and you are correct about them carrying the windows. In fact they carry the windows in the bright colored frames (old school) and the newer black frames.

I can only assume this is the gent that was on here earlier this year and last?

1/2 way to everywhere
I won the '26 Wisconsin BSC raffle prize for a set of sliding rear windows! Thank You to @Derelict, the manufacturer that donated these to be given away.
I have them installed now and would like to share a few pictures of them. I selected the black frames with the tinted glass. I put the pictures in an album to be easier to find in the future.

I made a version about 4 years ago, Started Version II this year but stopped when I saw the newest version from Tom's. I bought a set from Toms, Black slider frames with screens too!. not need to make mine anymore if these are out. Auto painting season is just about over here in the N.E. so top gets done in the spring and slider will be installed then.

Thanks for leading the charge in bringing these back. I was curious if they were selling yours or not.

Thanks to all in this thread

I am still having these manufactured and currently they are stocked in black frame/medium tint and silver frame/clear by Tom's, NE Classic Ford, and Bronco Designs.
I have also developed a similar rear window for the half cab. same basic design as side sliders but slide both directions from center and both panels are screened. These also install using original style replacement gaskets and are currently stocked in both color combos by NE Classic Ford and Bronco Design.
