Toms Vs Wild Horses Rear seat?

Just wondering what the consensus is on these two rear seats? They look similar but wild horses is about $100 cheaper and in stock.... thoughts?

I love our vendors and that being said, they're the same Bestop seat, but with different upholstery (look at the design differences). As I was going to remove the upholstery anyway to have it recovered in leather I ended up buying the Bestop seat on Amazon that was a returned item so the price was fantastic. I did purchase Tom's front seats as their price beat even Bestop's direct price and if I remember it included the seat mounts too.

I talked to someone there and they did verify that the only difference is the material its covered with. The less expensive is a basic vinyl and the other is more of a faux leather material. I went through the same thing when choosing my back seat.
