I am not seeing the big picture on the install for my 10" console. Do I use the rear mount that lifts it off of the body or put it straight on the floor. If I use the riser, what do I support the front of the console on. Probably simple but I am not getting it.

THe bronco mounts are three or four 1" spacers that lift it far enough to go over the seatbelt bolts. The large bracket is for a Jeep.

I agree, you need the risers to get it over the seatbelt bolts. If youre mounting the cup holders on the front (which I assume), the risers will also help move your console forward a little which seems to be a more comfortable position.

I used the jeep bracket...cut it roughly in 1/2, and bent it so I had 2 pieces of the same hight. the very next day, I got the 4 spacers in the mail.

You will not use the rear mount that comes in the box. That is for vehicles that have a floor sloping downward toward the rear. The Tuffy Bronco mounting hardware kit is part #076 and consists of (3) 1 inch spacers to evenly raise the console enough to clear the seat belt mounts. You can order the Bronco kit from a Tuffy dealer or call us at 800-349-8339.

Thanks for all the tips. I purchased the console a long time ago and don't remember the 1" spacers but I am sure they are probably in there. That makes a lot more sense to me. Thanks again.

You can find adequate spacers in your local Lowes or Home Depot in the Specialty Fasteners area...they have bronze and steel sleeves or you can buy a small section of tubing and cut them yourself.
