Turn signal buckets/lenses, 69-up

Any other Ford trucks share these same turn signal assemblies? Also called parklights? You know, the orange turn signal mounted in the grill next to the headlight...

I thought I bought a '68 grill, but now that I'm putting it back together after paint, I realize it must be a '69 or newer.

Apparently, it will cost me something like $150 to get new ones, and I'd rather circumvent that if possible.

I know that a the trucks shared the tail light lenses for a while, I sure hope they also share some parking lights!
