Clean metal is the key. That darn ford undercoating is a pia to remove.

Yep, it is amazing how clear and loud that sizzling sound can be when right up near your ear drum! :eek:

That's called "Bacon ear" But the sizzle and smell don't make you hungry.

Mr. happy and the boys come first. but if the burn don't go away soon, panic sets in causing the jumping around disrobe dance.

Man up and do it burns are cool good conversion at the bar LOL. Good helmet that fits make shore you can see what your doing 220 mig .030 6 settings put it on 5 and set wire at 3/4 speed and go for it clean metal spend the time to prep the job and it will come out good to great. What are you welding on ?

So your only spot welding or small beads middle heat setting and half wire speed .030 wire 220 mig watch puddle just trigger small continueus tacks don't try to do one long bead you will burn through easy
