Vent Window Rubber Seals

I order new vent window rubber from one of the Bronco Vendors last week. I got it friday only to find it looks like it has blisters all over it. I called the vendor and was told they would replace it. I got a call back today and was told it all looked like that and they were going to send me a different brand that was supposed to be blister free. They implied that they had not seen this brand and it would be direct shipped to me from somewhere else.

The bad stuff looked like skin that had been sun burned... bubbled up and wrinkled.

They mentioned it was a different style and may "look" different. Not sure what that means but if it is unacceptable to use once I get it can anyone point me to a vendor that sells good quality vent window rubber?

This vent window deal has been an aggravating process for sure. I had plans on being done with this on Saturday... Now another week. ?:?

We're going to be installing these rubbers hopefully in the next few weeks if all goes as planned and I am not looking forward to it.

The last time I totally restored and rebuilt a set of doors (new glass, anti-rattle felts and tracks, rubber, etc. the biggest PITA was the vent windows, and they never did seal as well as the 35 year old ones we took out!
