VIN Decoding - 1966

Marti report won't help for a 1966 so figured I would ask for help.

It has no color code and I figured out everything else but the DSO 834506.

Any idea of where this is?

Government DSO code (83), which is interesting. I'm assuming that it's the 4,506th special order for that DSO for 66.

Iirc not uncommon for the color to be left blank in those situations. Any signs of original paint?

Thanks, no sign of original paint so far. It was a frame off restomod and just getting to looking it over in more detail.
