UT WANTED, 3-5 pin warn winch controller.

I just picked up a m8000 warn winch for some trade work but no controller.
It's a 3 pin but i was told that a 5 pin will work with it also?

Im unemployed so dont have much money, but if ya have one kicking around let me know how much ya want for it... thanks.

i think the 3 pin is specific for that winch, but can't remember for sure. last i looked, which was a while ago, they were about $75 online.

I changed my winch over to a regular 4 pin trailer connector and it works just as well as a factory plug. It is cheap too.

i just got off the phone with warn, they said a 5 pin controller will work no problem and cus of that they stopped making the 3 pin.
