CA wanted big bearing backing plates for rear axle

unfortunately those have the deep grooves in them like the ones I have...

Mark - I checked the backing plates I have an unfortunately, they are grooved. Sorry about that.

He is looking for early style 66-75 backing plates. The ones sold with Wild Horses complete rear drum brake kits are 76-79 style with 2.25" wide shoes.

Depending on price of any grooved ones you may have passed on, I would be interested in a set. I can also fix grooved backing plates....
