I am looking to pair these with Cage 3.5" rear springs for an even lift with no top and no winch. Will I be level? And, will 35s be a good fit? I have a 1" body that may be added as well. thoughts on this combo, as I haven't seen it much?

Youll end up high in the front. way high. the only way is to put adjustable coil buckets up front to get the right height you want.

Really? I have seen people on here combine 5.5" cols up front with 3.5" and 4.5" springs at the back. I thought that the 4.5 and 3.5 combo would be just right. Currently I have 3.5" Cage progressives up front and it is at least an inch lower than the rear, maybe my coils are sagging

I put 4 1/2 B.C Bronco springs in the front and 3 1/2 W.H springs in the rear and It sits level with a heavy bumper and winch, and no top.

I have that exact setup...WH 4.5 rock crawlers up front and Cage 3.5 in the rear. Initially I was perfectly level with a hard top and a heavy winch and bumper up front. Now after a few trail rides and just driving around the rear has settled and it sits a little lower. I dont mind it but some people do. I can say one thing, with Bilsteins it rides like a marshmallow;D

one more thing without a hard top I think it would sit pretty dang level
