Where to get explorer 302 torque specs.

Finally got parts enroute and I can start reassembling my 00 explorer 302. Where or what are you guys using to get all the torque specs and such? I don't mind picking up a chilton manual for the explorer but I'm pretty sure they don't go into engine rebuilding in it

Any suggestions?

i bought the exploder haynes manual for the EFI stuff. let me check it tonight and report results. Haynes usually has more detail than chilton IMHO
