Wild Child Lift Off Door Hinges Install

I am trying to install my lift off door hinges from Wild Child, but I am having problems getting the doors to align properly. It seems that the side of the doors where the hinges are mounted are not flush with the body (the doors are to far in). I have tried adjusting the hinges to compensate but there is not enough play. The only thing I can think of doing is to drill the holes even larger.

Any body else have any problems like this ?

Thanks,

Scott Dever.

I'm not positive on this, but I think there is a difference between left and right and which goes on the body and which goes on the door. (basically 2 different hinges). I think the "pin" hinge half would go on the door-pin pointing down, and the "hole" halfs go on the body-hole up. Something to look at, someone will let me know if I'm wrong I'm sure!

The hinges are designed so that they can only be mounted 1-way. One end of the hinge is threaded which goes to the door and the other end of the hinge has holes which goes to body.

I have got mine on and I have the door where it will close.

The think is now I can't lift off the doors I suppose I have an alinement issue.

Anyone have any tips suggestions for me.

The issue is probably that the hinges are not parallel. If they aren't parallel you will get bind when you try to remove the door. Try tweaking the angle of the hinges a little and see if that helps.
