My wife was coming home from San Jose today and saw an icon on the back of a trailer, wonder if it was the same one?

Interesting extensions off the back of the trailer. That would make me a little nervous having the bronco hanging off the back like that. Good lookin bronco

Those ICON Broncos are pretty sweet. However, for that type of money, you can build one as a dependable and cheaper. It's the labor/man hours that goes into it that kills the price of the build.

While there are many things wrong here, the loading of it is perfectly safe. And the carrier has it properly strapped. You should see how long and thin the ALUMINUM flippers (extensions) are on my '15 Peterbilt. Those in the picture are steel, wide, stubby and welded on in the correct position.

Now, here's the more concerning issue: that's a 200K build. There is NO WAY running a wedge trailer and dually that he is properly insured to carry that, period. I have a 10 car carrier, 5 car & 4 car carriers & a 2 car rollback. My 10 car carrier is insured for 450K cargo coverage to cover the entire load if I were to roll the truck over fully loaded. You can't get that kind of coverage on a 3 or 4 car wedge trailer. And that is surely the prize piece on the load. Should be in the middle of the trailer to provide the best protection front & rear. If I were asked to transport something like that, I'd have to call my insurance co. with pics asking for an additional rider policy to cover that ONE vehicle. And even then, they may tell me no or i have to limit the number of vehicles on the truck with that vehicle. I've had it happen before with MLB players fancy exotics.

Sorry for the highjack. Getting off my soapbox....

I guess they haul vehicles all the time that way, never would I do it ,if you got rear ended at night would be bad news

Maybe a Kia can swing in the wind but thats a lot of coin dragging back there.
