WTB - C4 Setup and Stock Wheels

I'm looking for a C4 setup to replace the 3 speed out of my 72, I'm also looking for a set of stock wheels that I can use with stock hubcaps.

I have a good C-4 with adapter and torque converter for $500 plus shipping. I might be able to ship UPS.

I've got stock wheels. I think I've still got the hubcaps too. They ere missing the center plastic part. The wheels are from a 76. Don't know if they would be worth shipping.
