CA WTD: EGR Delete plate & thin GT40 intake spacer

I'm looking for an EGR delete plate that goes between the upper manifold & the throttle body. It's just a spacer with ears off the side to mount the cable bracket. I need one that is at least 3/8" thick to clear a fitting on the manifold I'm using. Figured I'd check here before just ordering one from Corral or where ever.

Also looking for a thin GT40 intake spacer....goes between upper and lower.
