epoxy primer questions

Can you spray EP over scuffed or DA'ed paint? I replaced floor pans and want to coat them with EP before I raptor line it. Would like to EP the whole interior but don't want to remove the paint where it there was no repair needed. The EP I have is definately usable on bare metal just not sure over paint. Thanks in advance, Tom

Yes, you can spray it over old paint. From what I have read EP has the best adhesion over old paint then any other primer.

As long as it is scuffed off you should be fine.
