how does the tail light housing come off the quarter panel

the passenger side has a big gap, and i can see some spot welds. what is the process to get it off? where all is it spot welded to the quarter panel?

If you take out the tail light bucket you will see the spot welds on the upper half between the upper quarter and tail light. Then the lower section is spot welded from inside the lower quarter if I remember right. There is a support structure in there that helps align the tail light panel with the tail light isnt actually welded to it. They are a bit of a pain to weld in.
