Here is my homebrew doubler setup,it took longer than I liked but the end results are excellent.there are no kits for this setup so i decided to make my own!the only expenses were the steel plate($75)and labour to get the input shaft re-splined($250inc shipping)overall just over $300,not bad.It did take alot of man hours so Im not sure if I would do it again

-I used an AOD from a fulsize 89 Bronco.
-Ford 203 rangebox bolts right up to AOD(no adapters needed;D)
-I then used my EB dana 20 t-case
- I had to cut up the old d20 trans adapter so I could still use the bearing on the input shaft
-I then used a 3/4' steel plate to bolt the bearing plate to the t-case then to the range box
-home made front/rear x-members
-had O.T.T. industries cut/re-spline the 205 out put shaft

To make this possible the t-case needs to be clocked flat so the shift rails dont hit the range box.Mine already has a 3' body lift, not sure it would clear without one. This also raised issues with the exhuast as there is now no room for it because the drive shaft is raised to high for it to go over and going under would be way to low.I had to go under the oil pan and across to meet up with other side. Not a big deal because the exhaust is custom along with almost everything else on the truck

Here's pics of the tub before/after spraying primer and painting the jambs. Last pic is starting to piece it back together.

Yes they are duff trailflex flares.Apperantly they dont make them anymore!Too bad, I think they are a good product. Not the best best fit and finish, but exactly what I was lookin for.Tuff and wide!
Are you lookin for more pics of the flares or the whole truck?

Derrick, if I had your skills & shop i would fab a different bulkhead. I love my half cab but wish I could keep a tool box behind the seat instead of out in the bed. I don't go anywhere without tools. Following Murhpey's Law, the day I don't bring tools is the day actually need them.

Here's the dash that I rearanged to my liking.
I mounted the spare with enough room to put my storage box infront of it and an ammo box on each side.
I had made a second rib on the bulkhead like the one the spare tire is suppose to mount to,then put a bolt in the slot and mounted my highlift with wing nuts.
And yes a quadruple stick set-up..............gonna have to get use to that.

Here's my 1/2 cab with storage behind the seat. The pictures aren't very good. I goes back to the fender wells and comes in and goes another 8" between the fender wells. It is invaluable to put your jacket, waders, tools, guns and anything you want to keep dry. After I get my tub Line-Xed I am going to build another one that just goes back to the fender wells. I will take pictures of the build.
