Second best team huh, who ended up with the number one spot in the polls this past year? HAHAHA, I am kidding, y'all got the trophy and should have been number one, we got our a$$es handed to us. I am not saying the outcome would have been any different but I wish a certain QB would have been...

Thanks Border. I am actually staying in Brackettville now, we got moved out of the Hondo area a few days after I posted all of this. We are just getting kicked off and it should help with bring a few jobs to the surrounding area. I will shoot you a message with my info and maybe one Sunday...

    Frio River trip

Well after a complete tranny rebuild, tierods, tires, rear end work, alt, power steering gear box, new steering wheel shaft, and a few other things (totaling almost 2 months worth of down time) my old beast lives again. My fiance' is out visiting me in Texas and got to take it for a spin today...

A bit too tall for my Bronco

I am right there with you, 6'9" with a 38" inseam, pants can be a royal PIA to find. I have a 10" steering wheel, scion seats moved back 4''. I do have to duck to see red lights but other than that no real issues. Also the 09 F250 is the only truck I have owned and driven that I actually fit...

Seriously confused on PS set ups

Ok I will give you a call on Monday and make a run up there. Oh that mustang pump sounds terrible at idle!!! %)

Seriously confused on PS set ups

Yeah I honestly didn't think about that, they wouldn't have put oversized tires on a mustang so they wouldn't need a strong pump. Yup this thing is turning into my chopper, the more I read and learn the more money I put out, hahaha.

Seriously confused on PS set ups

I actually have the stock ford mustang pump that came with the 93 5.0 motor. This should be sufficient shouldn't it?

Chuck, do you have any in stock of the OEM gears box? I know I was in there the other day and put my name on the list for the f150 but I have been down with a trans rebuild for almost two months. I am ready to just get it back on the road and with the driving I am going to really be doing I...

Seriously confused on PS set ups

You have a point there, my only problem is my 9' long chopper is the same way and if you think bronco parts are expensive, have custom chopper parts machined for you........ Hey as I said in my intro post, I live the American way, in Debt!

Seriously confused on PS set ups

Thanks for the info, I am going to just have mine rebuilt as I am only running 35's and will mainly be doing highway driving with some Right-Of-Way driving. I guess if I ever want to beef up the box I will do the conversion. As my biker buddies always say "Custom doesn't mean bolt on"

Seriously confused on PS set ups

I am currently in Hondo Texas, just a little west of San Antonio. Currently the bronco is at a front end shop that deals with off road and older model vehicles. I had it in there for just tires and a front end alignment and the mechanic said he couldn't get it aligned due to the slop in the box.

Seriously confused on PS set ups

Ok now it makes more sense, the ones BC broncos are selling are the ones that all "guts" have been changed out and just need to be bolted on (or so he told me on the phone). I think for what I am going to be doing I will just have mine rebuilt or find a replacement. Thank you for the...

While I really have nothing personally against Texas I will be so happy when this job is over and I can go back home!! Thanks again for the welcome and I will try my best to not post anything too stupid. ;)

Seriously confused on PS set ups

Ok I am going to ask for some forgiveness here as I am completely new to working on this bronco I just purchased and all the threads I have been able to pull up just confuses the crap out of me about 4x4x2 or required changing of worm gears. I have a 75 with a 93 5.0 motor conversion lifted...
