Got my amp power steps in, now I just need to wire them. As I stated before I had issues fitting the 10mm bolts in the pinch weld, so I gave up and used 5/16 arp stainless bolts and put a SHORT nylock on the back. Since they weren't designed to have a bolt and nut you have to run the short nylock and cut the any excess bolt off to clear the steps. You can sadly see a little bit of extra hole on the drivers side:( I will have to live with it for now. I damaged some paint near, so I might have them professionally fixed. Passenger side went way better and they look way more clean. Using 5/16 makes these brackets work, without it would have been way harder.

Don't mind the discoloration on the raptor liner. I had the whole bronco professionally cavity waxed, they went pretty overboard, it's everywhere:)

But I like it better then rust.

My rear bumper wasn't strong enough for the spare tire, the end would twist. Hopefully this helps. Of to powder again!:) I am excited to get it fully installed again

Finally got my custom stainless 77 gas tank installed. Fits with about a 1/4” to spare. Should be about 23 gallons. 14 gauge and I used an fittings where I could. Doesn't hang down any further then my stock tank. It has a linear fuel level gauge.

Nice tank! Did you move your axle back any?

I got the amp research power steps wired. I am running positive triggers for my dome lights so I have relays to turn the positive to negative. Happy with how clean the wiring all is. They work great. I wish I could post the video.

Also go my evap tank plumbed. I installed it behind the aux gas tank door. So it's nice and high.

Well finally wiring has started, wow this is tight and sucks. Why did I decide on so many electronics!:) I like having it tilted forward for this stage, should give me a chance to test everything plus clean all the wiring up.

I barely attached the L brackets for the dash, which just barely makes the whole thing tilt forward.

I got started on wiring and decided to install my rear bumper. The only thing about the rear bumper I don't like is that it's slightly too high, I might cut the arm down a few inches.

I spent 2 hours chasing what I thought was a short. I couldn't get the running lights to turn off. Well I am an idiot and when I put the knobs on the lights switch wasn't pushed all the way in.

I might get to start it today? Who knows.

Well she runs! Rough:) I wish I could post pictures. My 2-1 BCbroncos exhaust is beyond loud. I don't know if I can handle it. I have the 2-2.5" in and 3" out. All stainless with their headers.

I had 1 and 3 wires mixed up (I did this so long ago), a super dirty IAC (i believe it's missing a spring) and a vacuum leak on my PVC. So time to fix those and see if I can get it running smoother and then get the timing dialed in. My timing dashes are hard to see I might need to sand my damper down a little to find them.

My gas tank and lines don't leak! Also the gas gauge works, I really really don't want to take the tank out again if possible.

I have some of that wire loom stuff for mine.

I'm not sure how you cut yours, but I slid a ratchet extension into it so it would hold the tube open such that it didn't overlap, then used the cutting edge on my soldering gun to burn around it. This cotterized the ends so they weren't sharp or fraying and didn't melt the overlap sections together.

I didn't worry that much about it. I tried to use heat shrink over ends when I could. Most of the time I just used electrical tape though.
