Since I am close to being done (we're never done right%) I thought I would post some pictures of my build. Nothing to wild but I am pretty happy with results so far, except for big hole in floor - should have listened to everyone here and did body lift but I wanted to keep it low. Still haven't driven it, its at exhaust shop now.

New goodies are:
351W - approx 370hp, 1 wire Dist., Edelbrock intake
C4 - local rebuild by Dana Sniff, added deeper pan, 2 trans coolers - 1 w/ fan and tstat.
StaK - 3 speed mini box w/ mid level gears through WCB, forgot ratios right now. North West Fab 3 speed shifters through Ctowery
Radiator - triple pass local build, WH flowcooler water pump, BCB WP pulley and fan.
BCB headers - after trying to get old ones to fit and new mid-length hookers hit C4 linkage
power steering u-joint, WH
3 tries to find right harmonic balancer
2 new driveshafts through family owned shop
BCB fuel line kit
Prolly lots I'm forgetting, definately lots grease cleanup.

Wow - that transfer case sure is purdy. Great looking project!

BTW - you can't put comments next to each pic with the "contributor" upload. You can add comments to your pics when you upload them to your gallery though. And if you use a hosting site like photobucket you can add in comments in between your img src html for each pic.

Hi Dave-
I just realized I have seen this in person!!!
(I came by to get seat frame a few weeks ago)
Take care, and I may still be the right one for the other tranny you have.

I went with NWF cable shifters, but 1 of the cables at the connection point near the case is rubbing on floor support under tunnel. Gotta figure that out, maybe I will angle down the all threads that hold the connection bracket with some custom machined threaded male adapters.

Carb is still the old Holley 600 CFM, I believe 4160 model. Gotta adjust it, still lean.

I ordered electronic connection for speedo and will buy electronic speedo, not sure what kind yet or where to put it but its on the list.

Thats cool you have the OD in ZF, I really wanted OD but felt it may complicate and add more cost to the install so I stayed with C4. Plus I like auto but looking back now, it would likely be easier to have gone w/ ZF and used BCB crossmember - crossmember took awhile for me to build due to no welder and multiple trips back and forth for fitment issues.

3 Speed Shifter Cable rubbing.

Any ideas on how to get keep cables from rubbing on tunnel support?

Thinking of somehow angling shifter bracket slightly down.

Gets really colse with our tunnels...Dave I can't remember but do you have a body lift?

You might want to build a skid plate for the oil cooler fan.

Looks great!
